My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On the upside, the rooms were spacious and had a wonderful view, and the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore. However, the service left a lot to be desired, as there were issues with the pool area that weren't appropriately addressed. Overall, it's a decent choice, but it has some areas needing improvement.

The service was a bit lacking, especially since they admitted there were frequent falls by the pool and didn't seem to do anything about it. However, I appreciated that they quickly changed my room and refunded my first night's stay.

The hotel is centrally located, which is fabulous for both business and leisure, as everything is easily accessible, including the financial district.
